i think i have way to much vegg but i crave it and i cant seem to stop eating it ....... i eat 300g mushrooms (raw) i love em.......
lunch i have a huge bowl of mixed salad
dinner i have 200g broccli, 100g cauliflower, 200 g green beans, 100g brussle sprouts, 200 g zucchni and 150 g cabbage this is to much isnt it ....... also i munch on raw carrots and celery in the day and also thoese mushrroms as a snack????????
I don't think you can eat too many vegetables, but try to eat a lot of different coloured vegetables, and eat a lot of dark leafy greens. However, if you are eating ALL vegetables and no fruits, whole grains, legumes, proteins, fats... you're not going to do all that well, nutrition wise.
No need to feel guilty about eating tons of vegetables. Like Rabid_Child, I would also integrate beans, whole grains, and root veggies into your diet.
Like the others said, though, you can't live on veggies alone. Make sure that you are eating whole grains, legumes, fruits, some oils (like olive or safflower) for good fats, etc. You just need more variety!
I agree with the others - eat lots of different coloured veggies, round out the diet with legumes, whole grains, fruits and deep green leafy veggies and feast away!
can a person eat too much veg? Like everybody has been saying I would add some beans to the salad to make sure you get enough protein. Vegtables have some Protein but not much.

hey guys thanks for getting back it s put my mind at ease and yes i eat bread and lentil, tofu and some dairy so i get a good range thanks again ( i still feel as thou i eat a whole vegge store but i love it )
I don't think you can eat too many mushrooms. Mushrooms ROCK!! And contrary to popular belief, they are VERY nutritious. And practically with no calories.

i have about 400 grams of raw mushrooms a day i just love them so much and i have about 300 grams of steamed beans too i love em aswell this is not to mention all the others i listed ( these r just like snacks)
Gosh i wash this was a problem i had - I'm doing rubbish on the vegetable front lately.
