hi i just had a pasta sauce thing that i added a can of kidney beans to at the last minute, they didn't quite heat through properly [possibly because it was on a low heat]...but i ate them anyway...im kinda not sure if its different with canned beans but i know that generally as a rule undercooked beans can make you ill...help! erm...am i going to be ok? lol

I'm pretty sure that canned beans are pre-cooked.<br><br><br><br>
Eta: I eat beans right out of the can all the time while waiting to use them...You should be fine.

I eat raw sprouted beans and they are great. Lentils, mung beans, and aduki beans are all great soaked and sprouted.
