My girlfriend loves buzzfeed and knows that I try to eat extremely healthy. Today I’m currently involved in a group text with my roommates calling me a health nut.

I got the 30 meatless recipes that actually fill you up. I’ve made a goal to eat one meatless meal a day and to stop making my meatless meals strickly with tofu.

Check out these recipes. They’re sooo good

Kept me full from lunch (Noon) to 4pm that afternoon. And also just really tasty. The sauce really hit the spot, had a great mixture of sweet and spicey.

Hands down my favorite and I’m strongly telling you to have this. I looked forward to eating this just as much maybe even more than eating a real philly cheesesteak. Just slamming. Thinking about it makes me wanna make it agian.

I couldn’t believe how good that slaw was. I actually would eat it on its own. I got so hyped whenever it would fall out of the roll. My mouth is watering right now.

I’m currently halfway through the recipes and will not stop until I get through everyone. I find new recipes and articles all the time, but I’ve put them on the back burner.

This has been an awesome challenge for me because I’m trying new recipes and ways of cooking on top of eating healthy.

And lets not forget how making one meal meatless a day has helped me dunk, hit 10 3 pointers in one game, and make everyone who defended me fall during my basketball games. I WISH! In reality this contiously has allowed me eat better and feel like I’m doing the right thing by my body. I don’t feel as heavy as when I eat a lot of meat during lunch, so I’m not falling asleep at my computer. Which gives me more time to watch nba highlights and watch funny videos on youtube.

Let me know if you have any suggestions for other articles or recipes I could try! I’m always looking for new ways to push myself.

That is excellent! I am trying to stay away from Gardein, Beyond Meat, etc. Trying to stick to the more natural, raw, unprocessed things such as fruits, nuts, veggies. The taste of "fake meat" actually reminds me too much of animal slaughter that it starts to turn me off from it.
