I went to the cafeteria tonight and they had tofu with yellow rice......it was the first time I ever tried tofu. It didn't really taste like anything. I've always heard tofu is better with a variety of spices and sauces....I wish they had a curry for it.

On the plus side, they had an amazing tomato basil soup and a vegan chocolate raspberry cake.

I remember when I was an omni there'd be many a night when I'd just eat french fries........I'm eating so much better now!

I've noticed the same things about myself.

After cutting out the meat, and all except trace ingredients of dairy and eggs I just feel like I have so many more choices. I don't have to just get a burger and fries anymore and I've become a lot more adventurous.
