Makes 2 servings

6 ounces drained firm-style tofu

-cutinto 1 inch cubes

1 tablespoons cornstarch

1 1/2 teaspoons peanut oil

Using paper towels pat tofu dry.

Dredge tofu in cornstarch. In 9 inch skillet or a wok heat peanut oil

Add tofu and cook, stirring quickly and frquently unil browned on all sides

Remove to serving plate and keep warm

For sause combine :

2 tbs soy sause

1 1/2 tsp chopped scallion and honey

1 1/2 teaspoon chili sause

If no chilisause is avaliable combine vegetable oil and 1/4 fres red chili pepper seeded and chopped or 1/8 tsp chopped dried red chili pepper.

I have tried this recipe and it is yummy!! I wasn't crazy about the sause but you may be. I perfered a penut sause personally. Each serving provides 1 protien exchange, 1 fat exchange and -- get this--- only 30 calories !!! This recipe is quick and easy
