Makes 2 servings<br><br>
6 ounces drained firm-style tofu<br><br>
-cutinto 1 inch cubes<br><br>
1 tablespoons cornstarch<br><br>
1 1/2 teaspoons peanut oil<br><br><br><br>
Using paper towels pat tofu dry.<br><br>
Dredge tofu in cornstarch. In 9 inch skillet or a wok heat peanut oil<br><br>
Add tofu and cook, stirring quickly and frquently unil browned on all sides<br><br>
Remove to serving plate and keep warm<br><br><br><br>
For sause combine :<br><br>
2 tbs soy sause<br><br>
1 1/2 tsp chopped scallion and honey<br><br>
1 1/2 teaspoon chili sause<br><br><br><br>
If no chilisause is avaliable combine vegetable oil and 1/4 fres red chili pepper seeded and chopped or 1/8 tsp chopped dried red chili pepper.

I have tried this recipe and it is yummy!! I wasn't crazy about the sause but you may be. I perfered a penut sause personally. Each serving provides 1 protien exchange, 1 fat exchange and -- get this--- only 30 calories !!! This recipe is quick and easy <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/grin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":D">
