Hi Everyone,

Here is a cool recipe that is just as tasty for breakfast as it is for dessert! Now I ate this guy for breakfast, but I think some people would think it's dessert - it really depends how sweet you make it. The way the recipes is right now isn't overly sweetened, I think it's just right :)

I like chia seeds in non dairy milks, or even fruit juice. I've always just let it set till thickened and then added stuff.
I never thought to use a blender though! How much does it smooth it out?

Thanks for reading! When I blend chia sees they do come out mildly grainy, but this doesn't bother me. If you were to blend it more, I'm pretty sure it would progressively get less and less grainy.
