I mostly get heartburn when I'm sleeping.
I've eliminated almost all fruit juices, alcohol and tomato-based sauces.
I try not to eat anything after dinner. Except for an apple.
I make sure I don't eat too much.

But I drink 2 glasses of soy milk a day without any ill effects.

Except my boobs got bigger. J/K

Thank you. What's your favorite brand/type of soy milk?

If I'm drinking soymilk plain I will buy vanilla flavored. Trader Joe's is conveniently located to my home so I will TJs vanilla flavored when I am in the store.

Mostly I'm making it into smoothies or oatmeal in which case I'll get plain which has less sugar and more protein. Wildwood or Safeway's Organic brand is pretty good.

I've never had any problems with it. It is an allergen for some folks, but I don't know if heartburn is a symptom of soy sensitivity. I enjoy soyfoods, but try not to go overboard on them- I have a tendency to get into dietary ruts and fight against that.

I'm drinking soy milk and never notice any stomach pain or negative effects on my body. Don't know if anyone ever suffered because of soymilk. One glass is enough.

For vegan, soy milk is very important drink for body. Because we can't have cow milk. And this soy milk has lots of nutrition facts. I have not experienced any problem after drinking soy milk. Instead I love it too much.

I love it, too. Other plant milks are also good, as long as they are fortified with calcium and vitamin D.
