I figured this should be put here because it's not me giving a recipe i'm asking for one. i need a recipe for popsicles or 'ice pops' obviously with no gelatin, most of the ones i've found have gelatin, and the ones that don't have fresh fruit, and i want to use a concentrate, i have a lot of fruit concentrates or extracts, strawberry, cherry, banana, coconut, can anyone help me?

You can pulse some berries, either fresh or frozen in a food processor and add them to a naturally sweet juice like pomegranate. Pour that mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for about three hours. You can also take a can of light coconut milk, mix in some sweetener like a vegan powdered sugar or some date syrup, some shredded coconut and then freeze that mixture in the molds for a few hours. I don't really use measurements since I generally do things by taste but the standard molds usually take around a cup of liquid. I like cranberry juice also when I make popsicles. Another good mix is orange juice concentrate and some light coconut milk. You definitely don't need gelatin or anything nasty like that to make your own popsicles. Really, any fruit juice or concentrate just molded and frozen tastes great on its own.

I normally just throw the liquid form into the freezer and have at it once they're frozen. Extra sugar/something to sweeten can be added if desired.

Just make a smoothie and freeze it into Popsicle molds afterwards.

When I was growing up while my mom was at work, my dad watched me. In the hot summer days we like to make slushies in the blender. All he did was get some concentrated orange juice or regular orange juice or any other juices we had put all together with liquid and ice and blend. If you want to make a creamscycle that is Veg put the alternative milks in it instead.

I've never had an issue with gelatin in store-bought popsicles (the brand that comes in a yellow box, don't remember the name, and Bomb Pops). But whenever I make popsicles at home, I just use juice and fruit chunks and freeze.

I used to love grape juice popscicles, just use a mold. Any juice will do. Popsicle brand are vegan last I looked, but I love Edys whole fruit bars in pomegrante.
I think gelatin is added to slow the melt- agar would work just as well.

Smoothies or pureed fruit are my favorites. Make a pudding with chocolate soy or almond milk and freeze for fudgesicles
