ok.<br><br>
so im trying to be a lot more balanced. but not ridiculously so. and today has been a sort of ok day for that. but i can't decide what im gonna do for dinner. my day didn't go as planned, but thats ok.<br><br>
anybody got suggestions of something that would balance out well here??<br><br><br><br>
4 wholerice cakes with tomato paste<br><br>
some mushrooms<br><br>
black coffee.<br><br><br><br>
big shiny happy apple<br><br><br><br>
hot milo made with water (high in iron and what not)<br><br>
2 tbs PB<br><br><br><br>
10 almonds.<br><br>
2 weetbix.<br><br>
..then about 5 minutes later, 4 vanila wafers<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":up:"><br><br><br><br>
....no idea about dinner.<br><br>
i just want to do a big veggie stirfry. but im trying to branch out. i also dont need pasta or noodles coz ive had plenty of carbs thus far.<br><br>
so im not really sure what to do. haven't had soy at all today, so ill probably encorperate that.<br><br>
trying not to count calories..but i think maybe then i end up eating less. and also trying to include a bit of dairy to be unrestrictive for a while but alas...that cuts my calories further for some reason. um...<br><br>
ive barely moved for a week. so im sedentary AND THEN SOME <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/sheep.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":sheep:"> .<br><br>
anybody got any ideas??<br><br>
i was gonna do pasta AND desert. but that was before weetbix and wafers.<br><br>
not the most balanced day.

Hmm, it's kind of hard to follow that type of meal plan, but i'll try.<br><br><br><br>
For dinner<br><br><br><br>
1 salad with 14 leaves of romaine lettuce, 2 small slices of tomato, 2 thin slices of cucumber, and 6 (maybe 7) sunflower seeds. 1 teaspoon of vinagarette dressing optional.<br><br><br><br>
1/2 of a black bean burrito and two tablespoons of whole wheat rice.<br><br><br><br>
followed by 1.5 pints of Soy Delicious ice cream and the remaining 26 vanilla wafers to even out your day.

You need some calories my dear. And eat more fresh foods.<br><br><br><br>
Here's what I'm having for today:<br><br><br><br>
Bfast: tea and PB on WW bread<br><br>
lunch: vegan bean burrito (low fat) with fresh blueberries and low fat string cheese<br><br>
snack: low fat organic yogurt<br><br>
dinner: stuffed peppers (<a href="http://www.veggieboards.com/gallery/showimage.php?i=5307&catid=member&imageuser=1368" target="_blank">http://www.veggieboards.com/gallery/...imageuser=1368</a>) and steamed broccoli<br><br><br><br>
My meal plan is simple, not-too-health-nutish, but give me all the protein, calcium, fiber and calories I need in a day. I made a ton of peppers last night so I can eat them throughout the week. Its a great idea to make a lot of something to cut down on preparation time.<br><br><br><br>
Other great dinner ideas: Fajitas, fajitas, fajitas! I probably make them once a week. Lots of veggies, some beans or "chikn", some diced tomato on top... and now you can buy these great tortilla wraps that have flax oil in them, and aren't too crazy on the total carbs. So easy - you can seriously have the whole meal prepared in 15 minutes flat.<br><br><br><br>
Soup. Make a big hearty lentil stew, rich with lentils and veggies (<a href="http://www.veggieboards.com/gallery/showimage.php?i=5317&catid=member&imageuser=1368" target="_blank">http://www.veggieboards.com/gallery/...imageuser=1368</a>) , buy some nice crusty bread, and you have dinner for at least 3 days.<br><br><br><br>
Rice and beans. Make a big batch of rice and beans, serve it with a salad of leafy greens. <a href="http://www.veggieboards.com/gallery/showimage.php?i=5309&catid=member&imageuser=1368" target="_blank">http://www.veggieboards.com/gallery/...imageuser=1368</a> Very healthy!<br><br><br><br>
