so im trying to be a lot more balanced. but not ridiculously so. and today has been a sort of ok day for that. but i can't decide what im gonna do for dinner. my day didn't go as planned, but thats ok.<br><br>
anybody got suggestions of something that would balance out well here??<br><br><br><br>
4 wholerice cakes with tomato paste<br><br>
some mushrooms<br><br>
black coffee.<br><br><br><br>
big shiny happy apple<br><br><br><br>
hot milo made with water (high in iron and what not)<br><br>
2 tbs PB<br><br><br><br>
10 almonds.<br><br>
2 weetbix.<br><br>
..then about 5 minutes later, 4 vanila wafers<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":up:"><br><br><br><br>
....no idea about dinner.<br><br>
i just want to do a big veggie stirfry. but im trying to branch out. i also dont need pasta or noodles coz ive had plenty of carbs thus far.<br><br>
so im not really sure what to do. haven't had soy at all today, so ill probably encorperate that.<br><br>
trying not to count calories..but i think maybe then i end up eating less. and also trying to include a bit of dairy to be unrestrictive for a while but alas...that cuts my calories further for some reason. um...<br><br>
ive barely moved for a week. so im sedentary AND THEN SOME <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/sheep.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":sheep:"> .<br><br>
