Got my wife a recepie book for her birthday. She's been talking about eating more raw vegan food lately and I have nothing against this.

Turns out the book has lots of really great ideas, even for a people who aren't about to "go raw" but instead are vegans who don't wanna use soy based substitutes for everything we're not eating anymore.

The raw versions of cream, cream cheese, parmesan, chocolate mousse, pasta (well, we eat that still when it doesn't have eggs in it) turned out to be great and easy to prepare.

Might get hooked on this...
