So I took the advice I got in my other post, and I really put it to heart today. But now I don't know if I did well, so... here's my day!<br><br><br><br>
Breakfast: A bowl of honey nut cheerios, probably about 1.5 cups<br><br>
Lunch: Some bean salad (kidney and black beans in a bit of light italian dressing with some tortilla chips<br><br>
Snack: Carrots and peanut butter <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/lick.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":lick:"><br><br>
Dinner: 1 cup of cooked rotini pasta<br><br>
Snack: A little more bean salad (that stuff is good!)<br><br>
Snack: I had a small bowl of ice cream at 8:00 pm. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/yes.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":yes:"> I have such a big sweet tooth...<br><br><br><br>
I took my dog on one 20 minute walk in the morning, then a 40 minute walk in the evening. I rode my horse for about 45 minutes.<br><br><br><br>
So how's my day? I'm not trying to lose too much weight, just get healthier!
