I know that there are several practioners of the "raw" lifestyle, but I am a huge fan of sugar and cooked foods. I do, however, feel the need to take some time to detox my body.<br><br><br><br>
I plan on doing a detox plan for a week, and if I manage well enough, an additional week.<br><br><br><br>
Any good recipes? Suggestions?
