I bought the brightest orange pants at Unruly (in LA) the other day. They are sooooooooo bright and shiny. Like, you almost need to wear shades to look at them.

I also got holographic rainbow shoes, the coolest shoes in the entire world.

I love shopping here!

The majority of my clothes are boring, professional dress up clothes for work. Probably my funkiest is this multi-colored sleeveless shirt that ties at the waist that I bought at Wal-Mart last year. I wore it to several concerts. Also my new red and pink beaded flips that I bought at Old Navy are pretty funky.

ooh i love funky clothes... My funkiest are probably the ones ive made like my camouflauge pants with orange net pockets. or my orange rave skirt with camo accents ha or any of my realllly huge rave pants. I have some great UFO, tilt, and caffeine stuff that i mix with stuff i make and too bad i live in north dakota cuz shopping here sucks, i have to order it all.

I have a pair of socks for every occasion. All very festive, colorful, and holiday-themed.

However, I'm most proud of my collection of ugly sweaters. I've been gathering them over the years from various thrift stores, grandmother's closets...

I must be boring too. All my clothes are fairly plain so I can mix and match with everything...mostly in the tan, olive, yellow tones. People always tease me that I look like a forest ranger or that I look like I'm going on an animal saffari adventure type thing.

I have this bright orange tie with equally bright green and yellow grasshoppers on it that one of the kids gave me. I feel like an idiot wearing it, but would feel worse if they thought I did not like it and will not wear it now and then.

But, believe me, it is horrid.

I have this funky blue dragon shirt. I got it for ten quid, and it looks cool. I'm renowned amongst friends for my "loud shirts" and I love them. But I'm a guy, so there's not mch that guys can really do to express themselves through clothing. Sad, but true i guess.

I have this really tight pair of flared pants that are bright blue-green. I also have this great knee-length pin-striped skirt with ruffles at the hem. And I have this ivory shirt that goes off both shoulders and is all ruffly and smocked and really retro. I have a lot of tops I made out of shiny material (and most are really skimpy and I only wore during my clubbing-every-Friday-night-phase). I also have a thing for tall platform shoes. I have several different pairs in several different colors. ^_^;;;

hm..how do i describe though? most are just plain funky on a not so high level setting of funkieness, but i mix 'em all together as outfits, and then there is a higher level of funkified-ness.

really though, none of my clothes are mainstream and are all 'different.' i mean, pardon me, funky.

i have a lot of funky ass shoes though. if i were home, i'd do the webcam thing and post pics, but alas, i'm not home. i have some platform combat boot type things that come up pretty high with neon orange laces though.

those things are weapons.
