i have been under tons of stress with my relationship. i have not been eating well, days of way too much, and days of next to nothing. i decided to take action this morning and do juice and raw, the last time i tried it i made it to 1 week, i felt tired and had brain fog for the first three days, but i ended up with no bloat and had tons of energy, i regret giving in to cooked food. i am also working on meditating more and taking it easy. any and all advice is welcome. thank you, i am so glad to have found this board
