i have been under tons of stress with my relationship. i have not been eating well, days of way too much, and days of next to nothing. i decided to take action this morning and do juice and raw, the last time i tried it i made it to 1 week, i felt tired and had brain fog for the first three days, but i ended up with no bloat and had tons of energy, i regret giving in to cooked food. i am also working on meditating more and taking it easy. any and all advice is welcome. thank you, i am so glad to have found this board

sorry to hear about your relationship stress, it's a nightmare, going through some myself. It's done me in a bit, it's like the one thing that makes you most happy, turns into the thing making you most misrable.


Anyway glad to hear about your decision, I've been about 95% raw for 2 and half months now, it's been the best decision I made for ages


At the start I ate alot of dried fruit and dates so i wasn't hungry, nuts too, this might not be right for you but it really helped me get through the times I felt craving for that full feeling. I ate lots of fruit and tried to combine well and eat nutrisous food so that I was covering all my bases to avoid cravings amap


Be prepeared too, eg for detox symptoms.
