Hello there, I was just wondering if any of you who are vegans and losing/trying to lose weight could give me an idea of what a typical meal day should look like. I'm a semi-new vegan and I feel a little overwhelmed with getting all of my nutrients in and trying to adopt a healthier diet and eating smaller portions but then worrying that I'm not eating enough...lol.

I think it would be really interesting to see what other people like to eat to stay healthy.

and Lindsay Nixon of www.happyherbivore.com, and also a facebook page with the same name also has meal plans that can be had for a donation. it's on the honor system though.
