I've been searching on several of my favorite vegan recipe sites, and I can't find what I'm looking for.
Remember the cut-out sugar cookies you'd make as a kid? You'd roll them out and use cookie-cutters and then decorate them with icing when they were done baking?
I can't find a vegan recipe for these cookies! Help!
If you use Google, many many recipes come up ("vegan sugar cookies"). I use a modified version of a recipe from a cookie cutter jar, but it's packed away in some Christmas stuff, I fear.

Holiday Sugar Cookies
3/4 C vegan margarine
1 C sugar
egg replacer for 2 eggs
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 C flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
In mixing bowl cream margarine and sugar together. blend in the egg replacer and vanilla. add in sifted flour, salt and baking powder. Combine to form a dough. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 1-2 hours.
