Arbonne has our To the Rescue Hair Protectant which is a great product for detangling/conditioning plus it helps protect your hair's color.

We also have cosmetics you'd love. You can check my website listed in my signature.

I use henna for my hair, olive oil for leave in conditioner and make my own lip balm tinted with alkanet root and grated dark chocolate. Making your own stuff is easy and cheaper once you learn how. I also make my own under eye cream, face wash, deodorant, hair gel, blushing gel (a sheer wash of colour) and cooling foot spray. All easy and you know what goes into them!

Deodorant recipe:

1/4 cup water or if you can get it lavender water

1/4 cup witch hazel

1/4 cup aloe vera gel*

30 drops anti bacterial essential oils like lavender, rosemary, tea tree

Mix together and store in either a spray bottle or a recycled bottle. Use within a month.

I use this and then use the crystal deodorant afterwards when my pits are wet with the homemade one.

I find this protects me all day in cooler weather and I get paranoid living in England without air conditioning so in the summer I reapply after being outside (like after lunch duty or teaching pe)

*As for aloe vera gel--try to get the best quality one you can get. Preferably one without artificial colours or paraben preservatives. There is some concern because parabens are oestrogen mimics and have been found in high levels of breast tissue in women. There is concern that this might be a link between parabens and cancer---I say better safe than sorry and avoid all parabens as breast cancer runs in the family.
