If the product does not say "We do not test on animals" then they DO. Companies will always highlight the fact that they do not test on animals or if the finished product was tested on animals.
Look for labels that of the "Cruelty-free" Bunny logo.
To me, these products are useless anyway. Shampoos, soaps, body wash, hair dye, detergent, fabric softener, shaving cream, razors, much of these things are unnecessary and contain chemicals with environmental consequences. Really, these products are marketing off of our insecurities and domestication.
