I was just wondering if anyone here has ever been on the supplement Creatine Monohydrate? I am not a professional bodybuilder, but I do weights several days a week, so my father suggested these tablets to help improve my physique. I am 'loading' at the moment, taking around six a day, and a couple less on days I don't work out. I'll be cutting down though once the loading phase is over.

Sorry thought I should re-reply. Blond moment.....yes I have heard of "loading", generally doubling the first week. You are also supposed to cycle creatine.
