So I am pretty pumped about the flaxseed milk at walmart... its similar in price to the soy, and pretty good, a little different but i really like it.

I am wondering what all people have cooked with it and how it behaves? Does it behave like any other milk? or would it have some properties of the "egg" like the flax egg?

I think I might experiment some curry or biscuits tonight...though thats not saying much since my biscuits have never ever ever turned out.

how crazy is it that walmart is the only place i can find flaxseedmilk*? and its**super cheap!. i bought hemp milktoday but havent tasted it yet. ihave never cooked with flaxseed milk but i made mac and cheese with coconut milk and it was gross
