There might be topics about this issue made before, but they are so hard to find. The question is, do any of you know a contact lense product that isn't tested on animals, or alternatively, once developed the products, doesn't conduct new tests? (since I'm not a fanatic). I heard Dailysoftcontactlenses doesn't test on animals, but I don't know how trustworthy that information is. Besides, I prefer monthly lenses but if that isn't possible dailies will do.

Solution isn't a problem, since there is a brand in Finland called Biotwin that at least claims to not use animal tests and doesn't contain any animal...parts (sry, I don't the word for that). I think Clear conscience also has an untested brand.

I'm just about to start wearing contacts, since I really hate glasses, but this issue is really bothering me. Thank you.

Yeah, there is a thread about this already. Ummmm I think we concluded that most contacts are vegan.

That's good news, then. Problem is, that even if they are vegan, they might still be tested. But if the materials are like, tested 10 years ago, that's ok. I appreciate your help :)
