I actually have no OTC stuff on hand because quite honestly I've never had this problem untill a few days ago. I've been reaching for my almonds because a friend of mine says they have lots of fiber and give her diarhea sp?.<br><br><br><br>
I did a massage on my mom who came down with something flulike.<br><br>
Then I thought I caught that since I woke up feeling some nasty nasua. So I cancell my dentist the day before thinking by the next day I'm going to be really sick. Then I eventually... ummm had to "go" and I felt better. SO I"m like OPPPS so that's what the problem is!. And now it can take weeks to get a new apointment.

I don't think that almonds will give you diarrhea.<br><br><br><br>
Drink a lot of water. Being dehydrated can be constipating. Eat a lot of fruit, particularly apples & kiwis & plums or prunes.

Thanks for advice, I slept it off Think I'll drink my fruit juice.<br><br><br><br>
I have this feeling all the gum I was chewing when I couldn't eat much wasn't so good for me.
