What kind of toppings and condiments do you put on a chicken sandwhich?

I bought some of the Boca Chicken Patties and haven't quite decided what toppings would go best with chicken. Never really had chicken patties before. It seems to me the toppings can make or break any sandwhich. I've just been using mustard and mayonaise with some relish.

While we're at it, what toppings do you put on your veggie burgers and hot dogs? I tend to be pretty boring and stick with Ketchup, Mustard, Pickles (or Relish) and Onions... but every once in a while I like to try something new. So...suggestions?

For burgers or chicken patties:

- hot sauce, lettuce, tomato

- bbq sauce, fried onions, lettuce, tomato

- lettuce, salsa, guacamole

- lettuce tomato, onion, relish, vegenaise and ketchup mixed, sliced black olives

For veggie dogs, my favorite combo is:

- ketchup, mustard, fried onions, relish, veggie cheese sauce

I like my food to be drowning in toppings!

I use the homemade "Ranch" dressing recipe here: http://www.veggieboards.com/boards/s...ad.php?t=26031

using 1/2 cup Tofutti "sour cream" instead of Nayo.

I put that on the veggie patties.

On chik sandwiches: sometimes I put a whole mess of veggies as if I'm making a veggie sandwich (mayo, onion, pepper, cucumber, tomato, spinach, carrots) and then slip the paty in with all of it. Or sometimes I just put honey mustard or sweet & sour sauce. I actually went into Chik-Fil-A once and asked them for packets of their Polynesian sauce, which I love, just so I could take it home and put it on chik sammies.

On burgers: I usually stick with mayo, onion and tomato, but if I have an avocado handy, I love to put some 'cado slices.

On hot dogs: grilled onions and a bit of stone ground mustard toned down with mayo.

Honey mustard sounds like a good fit for a chicken patty. BBQ Sauce sounds weird on chicken, but maybe on the Buffalo Wings (which I have yet to try).

A veggie burger isn't a veggie burger for me without AVOCADO!!! Sliced or mashed, it is my weakness. LOVE IT!! Also, a few days ago I made myself a Boca burger. Of course I put avocado slices on, then noticed that my mom left chopped onion out on a little dish, and chopped cabbagge in another. So I mixed the two together and stuck it on my burger and then topped it all with ketchup. It was glorious. So glorious in fact, tha after I finished my burger (which filled me up A LOT) I decided to snack on onion mixed with cabbage and ketchup later. It was random and my mom, well she's used to my craziness by now, but she just stared when she saw me eating it. It was great.

Oh, mushrooms might also be a good topping (also great with ketchup, taste like a shrimp cocktail except...not...lol)

blob of vegenaise

drop of lemon juice

(mix together)

and shredded lettuce
