What can I use to replace this? I thought perhaps coconut milk, or cream, but it's not as as sweet, I could add sweetener maybe... has anyone got a tried and true replacement? It's for rumballs... my man just got his grandma's rumball recipe and I want to veganise it.

On vegsource, Chef Deb has recepies for sweetened condensed soymilk. My mother in law uses it when she makes vegan easter candies for my son (like coconut cream eggs and peanut butter eggs) and the recepie works great.

Thanks punkmommy... btw, has anyone seen zimngir? The ref to Chef Deb reminded me... I haven't seen her...
