Has anyone tried COK's Lots of Layers Lasagna?

My boyfriend and I made it today [and cut a few corners in the recipe] and it was actually very good [except we don't really favor Lightlife's Gimme Lean "meats" ... they're sticky and they taste kind of funny].

It made for a great filler. It put me so over the top that it served as breakfast, lunch, dinner, and the stomachache that lasted for the whole 2.5 hours of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest [I ate too much of it].

We used shredded cheese because we couldn't locate any Moo-Free Cheese Sauce at Whole Foods, but we bought everything organic and man was it good!

The recipe is here.
