It's been about a month since I stopped eating meat. No regrets, it's been very east and I feel great about my decision (no more guilt). The only thing I miss is my sauces. My husband was having chicken wings last night. I love hot sauce and blue cheese, so I mixed them together and dipped celery and carrots in it, yummy! I also love cocktail sauce but can't think of anythng that I could dip into it....any ideas?
