I couldn't find the thread about the show on TLC that I just got done watching. I wanted to let Cindi know that I thought her food looked great. I have never watched this show before. Are the people normally that rude? I couldn't believe the two people that wouldn't even try the sushi. I thought that especially the sushi, the mushroom pancakes, and the banana egg rolls looked really yummy. I hope you win, Cindi!

I watched it too and also couldn't believe how rude they were. It must just be easier to live in a bubble and eat the same crap all the time (I'm pretty sure i heard them raving about fried chicken..sad..)

I missed this, but it looks like it is going to be on again on Saturday. For anyone else who is interested, the show is called "Dinner Takes All" and the episode with Cindi will air on Saturday at 6p EST.

What is the show's premise?

It's a cooking competition. Each show has a different person cooking and serving a meal including appetizers, main course, and dessert. Each of the other people who are eating the food rate the taste, the appearance, and the presentation (I think those were the categories). At the end, apparently one person wins $1000. As of the last show with Cindi, she had the lead by 2 points. Only one person still has to cook. I think that is all, as it was the first time I watched the show.

the ppl WERE rude... they wouldnt even keep an open mind. granted i dont like veggie sushi and the mushroom pancakes didnt LOOK so great... they didnt even try!<br><br>
cindi didnt comment on their non-veg food did she? she didnt say...
