Hi all,

I am not vegetarian myself however I am cooking an early Christmas dinner on Saturday for 2 family members who are.

I would like ideas for a festive and enjoyable (non cliche and boring) christmas dinner main.

I am thinking of cranberry and brie but not sure what and how.

Your help is appreciated, and HI

I love a traditional Christmas dinner so usually go for a nut roast which can be served with all the usual festive veggies, roast potatoes etc and vegetarian gravy. yum.

This sounds very good.

My entire family is veggie, so we'll end up doing lasagna or a nicely marinated tofurkey. But those are boring and cliche.
