I was looking at a nutritional fact booklet, and saw that one egg provides 85% of a person's RDA of cholesterol.

Now, think about a person eating the SAD of a couple eggs and bacon for breakfast, maybe a ham and cheese sandwich for lunch, and roast chicken for dinner.

It's amazing people make it past the age of 50.

studies have shown that dietary cholesterol has very little effect on blood cholesterol, sat. fat is the main cause - so if ur diet is high in meat etc PLUS the cholesterol , then your blood cholesterol would prob go sky high. but some veg eat eggs n they actually don't need to worry too much since their diet is low in saturated fat and mainly good fats

There have been tonnes of studies that eggs don't do anything to your cholesterol unless you already have high cholesterol.

the SAD is unhealthy in many ways, but others are correct about dietary cholesterol issues. there are some good books out there about fat and cholesterol that are helpful: Fats that Heal, Fats that Kill by Udo Erasmus is one of them.
