Choco-Coco Balls<br><br>

Suitable for a: vegan diet<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Ingredients:<br><br>
------------------------------------------------------<br><br><br><br>
Raw coco powder or raw carob<br><br>
Dehydrated, shredded coconut<br><br>
almond meal (see note below)<br><br>
soaked dates<br><br>
cocoa/carob powder or shredded coconut to roll in<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Instructions:<br><br>
------------------------------------------------------<br><br><br><br>
Process all ingredients in a food processor until a thick dough is formed.<br><br>
Roll mixture into balls, and coat in shredded coconut or cocoa or carob powder.<br><br>
These also taste good when frozen<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Additional comments:<br><br>
------------------------------------------------------<br><br><br><br>
Note: almond meal can be made by processing almonds, or soaked and dehydrated almonds. You can also use the leftover almond meal from making almond milk.
