<b>Chinese White Sauce/Buddhist Delight</b><br><br><br><br>

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet.<br><br><br><br><b>Ingredients:<br><br>

1 teaspoon powdered ginger<br><br>
2 teaspoon onion powder<br><br>
1 teaspoon salt<br><br>
2 tablespoon cornstarch<br><br>
1 tablespoon sugar<br><br>
1 tablespoon sesame or soy oil<br><br>
2 cups water<br><br><br><br><br><br><b>Instructions:<br><br>

Mix all in sauce pan, heat till thick.<br><br>
Pour over Chinese vegtables, serve with rice.<br><br><br><br><br><br><b>Additional comments:<br><br>

This recipe is very hard to find. After getting some clues to the ingredients from Chinese restaurants, I did some trial and error attempts and finally arrived at what I believe is the right proportions.<br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br>
