Chilli Grapefruit & Orange Salad

Hmm, that does sound interesting.

I've had a bag of fenugreek seeds for probably over a year. They tast VERY bitter. Like, just bitter, even after sauteeing.
Are they supposed to be bitter? Or are they just too old?

Yes they are very bitter, but somehow when you toast them in oil and toss them in a salad they lose that bitterness.
