My daughter is also allergic to dairy and soy..amongst many other things. Nucoa is not free of soybean oil (which is still an allergen for some w/soy issues) canoleo is out there and I have a recipe for making your own margarine. I've gotten a lot of my recipes/ideas lately from the whole foods allergy cookbook (check ur library). enjoy life brand foods are also the best premade bakery type products.. www.enjoylifenb.com
