Here's the recipe! It's yummy!!

In a heavy, non-stick skillet, fry:

1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms

1 cup sliced celerey

1/2 cup minced onion

Meanwhile, combine in a blender until very smooth:

2 1/2 cups water

1 pk. extra-firm silken tofu or 1/2 lb. firm regular tofu

1 medium onion, cut into chunks

1/4 cup flour

3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast

4 tsp. sesame seeds 1 1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. dried sage

1/2 tsp. dried thyme

1/2 tsp. garlic granules (I used fresh and lots more!)

1/2 tsp. dried marjoram

(I changed up some of the spices a little because I didn't have all of these on hand.)

Add the above to the fried onion mixture, and add:

2 cups cooked or canned chickpeas, drained

1/2 cup frozen green peas

1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped

or 1 tsp. paprika

2-3 Tbsp.soy sauce

black pepper to taste

Simmer the mixture for ten minutes and serve over pasta, rice, or toast.

We had it over brown rice and then ate left-overs on toast the next day. Let me know what you all think if you try it.
