hi guys i'm new at this. I'm a french trained chef and a graduate of the

CIA school in upstate New York who has had an epiphany about food and diet.

the real difficult thing is that I'm a culinary arts teacher at a school to career high school in this area (new orleans) and now find it hard to teach what i've have done for almost 25 years to young people knowing that it is wrong...
