... beyond my wildest expectations!

I made two mini pizzas, one without cheese for me (my first time trying it) and one with cheese for my newly-vegetarian friend. All the other toppings were identical. She tasted mine and said she liked it much better!!

I've heard so many of you say cheeseless pizza is better, and I kept thinking, "yeah, right." But there's the proof -- even someone who normally eats cheese thought it was great! And I loved it too.

Hurrah!

BTW, my toppings were sauteed mushrooms & onions, spinach, red peppers, garlic and tomato. And plenty of sauce.

The toppings all sound good, except for the mushrooms.

I've always had people prefer cheeseless in direct comparisons. They can taste everything else better.

cheeseless pizza is the best. That way you can taste the vegetables and sauce without all that grease.

Mmm...I love chesseless pizza. Last week I made a calzone. I filled some dough with sauce, onions, olives, and fake pepperoni.....it was divine!

I tried one for the first time the other day, and I loved it! It had so much flavor... With the cheese gone, you could actually taste the PIZZA, not just the cheese. I didn't get sick after eating it either, which used to happen when I ate the greasey cheese off regular pizza. Ick. So much healthier too. I don't even feel guilty about eating it. Heck, maybe I should, but I don't.

My mother in law is Italian and she makes the best pizza which is naturally without cheese as that is the recipe so I have been very fortunate over the years. Yum Yum

That's one thing I miss about college- they made some wicked cheeseless pizzas- no lard in the dough or anything- yum!

Yummy! Even when I was an omni I didn't really like cheese on my pizza. I would usually order a no cheese pizza with mushrooms & tomatoes. MMM.. now I'm hungry.
