Soooooo....I want to challenge myself and if anyone else wants to join, please do. Support is always welcome and appreciated! I have a weekend to MYSELF and this is how i plan to spend it:

1. Bike 45 miles
2. Run 6 miles
3. Spring clean the house (I have a teeny house)

On paper I realize how daunting a task those three things seem. Lets see. Can we do it? I will post nightly to chronicle my success!

1. Run 20km (23.37km done 16.03.12)

2. Take all the hard options at Saturday's bootcamp

3. Sort and file all the household paperwork

Well, you're right. After riding 19 miles today, a run just doesn't seem very enticing...but hey, man, I rode 19 miles! I'm going to run tomorrow and go yo a kettlebells class at the YMCA.
Starting on the kitchen tonight!

Sore and swollen ankle after Friday's 23km so I didn't go to bootcamp Saturday
