My cat loves to go right up to the fridge when I open the door. He just sniffs around, and I have to wait for him to move so I can shut the door. He'll just stand on the ground in the little "v" area of the fridge and the door, and look around at what's in there.

I had a cat years ago who got in my fridge. I was preparing dinner and had my hands full, walked to the counter, walked back to the fridge and closed it. Then heard all kinds of noise coming from inside the fridge. My cat had gotten in it that quick, I was horrified!

I have no idea, why may cat thought this was a good idea. Then again she used to stand on the edge of the shower and bat at the water....so she was a bit odd anyway.

we had a cat once who didn't only get in the fridge but managed to get locked in there while everyone left. thank goodness we didn't have power for the day. so a few hours later when someone came home he was discovered in there, having consumed most of the meat. didn't get sick or anything .... lucky kitty

Cats are the bomb when it comes to crazy antics.

They're almost as awesome at them as humans.

i don't consider that odd at all. my blue guy stands on the side of the bathtub and tests the shower temperature with his paw before he jumps in and takes a full-fledged shower. my tabby is fascinated by the refrigerator, and i have to wait until he is done checking things out (sticking his head in a box full of my dad's beer) before i shut the door, lest i have a frosty cat.

Hehe, so cute....

The 2 kittens run towards the fridge every time they hear the door open and hop inside, often into the bottom shelf on the door, and just sit in there. I have to take them out, and also check every time I'm in the fridge that I don't shut them in!

If a cat goes bad, I usually throw 'em away.

Actually, I couldn't figure out why he kept getting in there. He was in there licking olive pits I spit in there. They LOVE olives.

Those are actually 2 different cats. They're brothers. The cupboard boy is Jeff (or Jefe, pronounced heffay..don't ask) and the garbagemonger is Midget. And holy yeah, he looks just like my Jeff!
