Man I envy you. I'm as lean as you are but I've been starving for the last five years. I have to count every gram of fiber and measure dinner out in a plastic cup. I'm whip thin with a flat belly while most guys my age look 8 months pregnant and when people see the size of my meals they often show a mixture of shock and jealousy, "thats enough for an army" lol

It'll show your nutrient intake vs RDAs, so you can figure out if you have any deficiencies.I'm not really even craving meat or cheese at this point.. Instead, I'm craving carbs! I seriously at a ton of rice for dinner (with broccoli & daiya)... What does that mean? What might my body be telling me, eh?
I think maybe I have been a little low on calories! I tracked my food intake on my fitness pal for a few days... Everything I eat is so filling though. Yes! That's the most common thing that happens when people go veg--too few calories. So eat!I think maybe I have been a little low on calories!
