I will give you two. Dining in the Raw by Rita Romano and Kristen Suzanne's Eay Raw Vegan Salads & Dressings. These are great because there is not these huge long lists of ingredients for each recipe.

I agree with mimi kirks book, i have about 12 books and I always go back to hersm she makes it simple has wonderful photos and has lots of great info as well, also raw food detox by ratlia rose, she has different levels from starting out level 5 to level one the best raw , she explains everything, perfect for the beginner, I would suggest both of them, You should have more than one in my opinion, but there are lots of ideas on line, or you can go to your local library to see what they have before you buy any. I bought "Going Raw" by Judita Wignall.... it is awesome!! I have had so much fun making the recipes! They are easy and delicious and exactly what I had in mind: raw wraps, raw pizzas, raw pastas, raw burgers, salads, soups, smoothies, desserts... I searched through about 20 Raw cookbooks at the bookstore, flipping through each one carefully, and this is the one it came down to. Love it!

This sounds like what im after too. My OH is very sympathetic to our diet but still eats meat
when we are in company so my new found love of raw needs to be a palatable one!
