Hello everyone, I've got this question: Can vegetarians eat ramen?

I know that we can eat the noodles, but what about the seasoning?
For instaces, can we eat Curry flavor, Chicken flavor, Shrimp flavor, ...?

Do the seasonings have animal-drevied ingridients?

Top Ramen brand Oriental flavour is vegetarian, but I'd be wary of all the other ones. The noodles themselves are safe, but the flavourings will usually contain chicken fat or dehydrated beef(if those are the flavours) They're usually stated clearly on the packaging, but if it's not but still says something like "natural flavouring" as a blanket term, I'd still stay away.

there's a brand of Korean ramen that I eat called ansungtangmyun. It's spicy though! I checked the ingredients one day, and sure it has MSG (like all ramens do) and things that can be either animal or plant derived (read: ambiguous), but if you don't mind that, than it's all good.

it also has no dairy or egg ingredients, as far as I know (unless my memory is wrong lol)

I don't mind that, because I'm not vegan ^^
