I feel sluggish all day. Now I exercise but- I also think the coffee is dragging me down.

I actually have 1/2 of a container and plan on just using it up and it being the last. I don't want to have a drug that I am dependent on anymore to function and have energy.

Ive only cut down to 1/2 a cup during my pregnancies.

The one time I quit I got a migraine and gave up and drank it again.

And substitutions that help? maybe a good smoothie recipe or tea- that can help me wean off coffee. And still not be a puddle of stagnate immobility.

just want to share that i tried drinking nothing but water for a whole week - no coffee, sodas and juices- just plain water. and surprisingly i felt light and calmer. that is water therapy i guess.
