So the Almond Breeze website says no, but if I'm using it for cooking does it matter if the milk separates and gets funky?

Anyone tried to freeze almond milk?

I've frozen it accidently before and it got all funky when it defrosted. It separated and become watery with chunky white clumps. No amount of shaking was able to get it back to its original texture.
