I went to http://www.caloriesperhour.com to calculate how many calories I burn riding a stationary bike, and was curious about how accurate their results are. I put in all of the correct data - I'm a female, weigh around 128, and today I went 18.91 miles in 1 hour. It said I burned 726 calories! Is that even possible? lol

Does anyone have any input on this? And also, do any of you know of any accurate calories burned calculators?

>>That sounds like an awful lot of miles to do in just one hour!>>

I can maintain ~20 mph on stationary bikes, but it is no walk in the part (it rather an indoor bike-ride.
). According to the bikes at the gym, that burns ~803 kCal/hr. However, I am a 160 lb male human.
