Have any of you used calorie counting sites online like thedailyplate, fitday, caloriecounter, sparkpeople, etc?

What have been your experiences as far as accuracy, ease of use and veg*n friendliness are concerned?

I'm wanting an easy and fairly accurate way to track my eating habits as I'm aware I could be eating much more healthily. (And probably feeling much better for it)

Thanks!

I like www.fitday.com the best out of the ones I've tried. I don't use it everyday, just every once in a while to make sure i'm on the right track.

They have a huge database of food and you can enter the nutritional info off the side of a box if they don't have it in their database. I haven't had a problem finding a food I've eaten on their list so it seems pretty vegan friendly. The best part is you can go to the "nutrition report" at the end of the day and see how much of each vitamin and mineral you've consumed and what you didn't get enough of. I've found it very helpful.
