My hamstering is second to studying this week, but here's the plan:

Today: Yoga. Lots.

Monday: Run, weights, and ballet

Tuesday: 3 hours dance, weights

Wednesday: yoga

Thursday: Run, weights.

Friday: basketball, tennis, or soccer, depending on who I con into playing.

Saturday: pilates, distance run

Hopefully my body will stop being mad at me and actually let me finish the week out. Ugh. I've had two bad hamstering weeks in a row.

Wow! I had a great 14 mile bike ride through the country this morning. I stopped to make friends with a horse. He came over to the fence and let me pet him. When I left I told him goodbve and to my surprise as I headed down the road he ran along the fence beside me for as far as he was able to go. It was so cool. Maybe I can take him a treat next time. What do horses like to eat anyway?

mmm, girls on bikes.....

bring carrots for the horse.

my exercise planned for this week?

mountain biking and more mountain biking.....

Today: 10-12 miles solo on the old bike

Tomorrow: couple hour hike

Wednesday: Job interview (cross your fingers) then 10-15 miles biking with intermediate/advanced group

Thursday: 8-10 mile ride with beginners/intermediate group.

this is something we do weekly to help the beginners tackle those trails and log piles.

They really aren't beginners, just slower than the rest of us.

Fri, Sat, Sun - Camping and biking weekend. 50+ miles intermediate/advanced riding.

Sunday night: a LONG hot shower

that should burn some calories, right?

keep up the great work guys/gals.

PS my nightly ritual is yoga, mainly for stretching and relaxation.

All right, the yoga's done.

Entresol -- Thanks. Oh, and I love your sig!
That's a great movie.

Sky -- I second the call for carrots for the horse. How fun.
Great job on the ride, too.

I went on a long bike ride through the rain today! It was great! Most of the ride was through wooded areas so I saw lots of bunnies and rode right past some baby deer!

Aww! I only saw the little deer today. I don't know where the mother was!

I passed by the dead deer on my bike ride again
As well as two animals too run over to be identified
But I got cheered up because near the end I saw the CUTEST little baby bunny...I got within 15 feet of it, and it wasn't scared - usually they run away when they see you, but I'm good with animals. And then I found a purple beach ball at the end of my road, so I kept it. So all in all, an excellent bike ride - I even saw a golden retriever in his yard.

I also did 2 sets of 20 reps for:

Squats

Lunges (both sides)

Calf raises

Bicep Curls

Tricep extensions

Push ups

Crunches w/ legs in air.

I'll do that every other day, and on the other days do:

2 sets 20 leg lifts

2 sets 20 bicycle curls

3 mins plank pose

120 crunches

Along with some other form of exercise (yoga, biking, dancing, etc) every day. Does that sound good?

I'm bummed... I never see any animals on my runs.
Maybe a stray dog or two. Now I'm jealous. Maybe I should move.

ugh, soccer was rough today! My thighs are sore from yesterday, so it was rough running. The kids were even sore, so they would take breaks and my BF and I would sprint the field, passing to each other.

I'm going to regret this tomorrow.

walking, 1/2 hour

strength training circuit, 1/2 hour

stretching, 10 minutes

Go Hampsters Go!!!

I did the elliptical trainer and some stretching/situps/pushups.

I am very very tired after hitting up two parties last night (no drinking, just very little sleep
)
