It's great baked in the oven with some brown sugar or maple syrup on it... It's also really good in winter stews with carrots, potatos, onions and such.

Here's a lemonade recipe. It's from a recipe book, but I can't recall the title.<br><br><br><br>
Lemonade for One<br><br><br><br>
juice of 1 lemon<br><br>
12 ounces water<br><br>
1/8 teaspoon stevia liquid, or to taste<br><br><br><br>
Stir all ingredients together.<br><br><br><br>
I haven't tried it, so I can't say whether it's good or not.

Here is another one.<br><br><br><br>
4-6 apples<br><br>
1 lemon<br><br><br><br>
Directions - Run apples w/skins and lemon wo/skin through juicer.

doesn't stevia have an after taste? ind of like artificial sweetener? if i use the apples, will i still need to sweeten it?

I have never used Stevia before so I do not know.<br><br><br><br>
If you use apples then no sweetner is required!!

I'm not a stevia fan, myself. What about agave syrup? I use it in my lemonade and I find I don't need much. It tastes great too! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)">
