That sounds delicious! I will be certain to make it with tofu, particularly due to Girl-meats-world snarky comments on "the potential health risks of soy".
I'll even have it over wheat noodles just because

Yes, a lot easier just to use regular tofu, despite the *ahem* 'health risks' :) The chickpea tofu has a different flavour though which was lovely to try and goes really well with curry!

It's been around for ages better titles as besan, chickpea, or gabanzo polenta. There's nothing about it resembling tofu
