Wheat flour, Water, Linseed, Soya Flour,<br><br>
Cracked Wheat, Toasted Kibbled Soya,<br><br>
Wheat Protein, Vegetable Oil and<br><br>
Vegetable Fat, Yeast, Sugar,<br><br>
Salt, Calcium Carbonate,<br><br>
Vinegar, Emulsifiers: E471,<br><br>
E472e, Flour Treatment Agent:<br><br>
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C).<br><br><br><br>
Those are the ingredients on the site- wheat flour is another word for white flour. You are better off with a bread without any white flour at all. But this is better than pure white bread.

special k, i think it depends on what you want in a bread.<br><br>
my mum, for instance, loves burgen because its low g i and thats all she minds about. my grandma is wheat sensitive so she always buys country life. someone who was avoiding soy however wouldn't want country life, because its predominantly soy flour. catch my drift??<br><br>
personally..i chop and change a lot, coz there's a lot of yummy bread out there.<br><br>
i like bakers delight capeseed. it has white flour in it, so i wouldn't eat it at every meal every day, but it has a lot of good stuff in there so some is beneficial!!! and its delicious!!<br><br>
at the moment im living it up with the pumpernickel, because it reminds me of my grandma and europe, and its delicious. AND takes up less room. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)">
